Oliver Evans specializes in land and investment sales, known for his detail-oriented and proactive approach. Oliver is actively involved with the Realtor Commercial Alliance. He sits on the board of directors and is the chair of the brand committee.
He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation to further enhance his expertise.
Originally from New York City, Oliver began his career in advertising tech before transitioning to real estate. In 2019, Oliver returned to Wilmington, NC, the city of his alma mater, UNCW, to establish permanent roots. He initially started in residential real estate but quickly discovered his passion for working in the commercial brokerage space. Outside of work, Oliver is a proud dad who enjoys sailing, surfing, golfing, and traveling.
