Harry is a Realtor currently associated with Intracoastal Realty Corporation located in Wilmington NC.  His primary role in the Real Estate Business is Commercial Land Developmentespecially environmentally challenged properties due to his pervious regulatory experience along with residential housing.  Harry has been a local Realtor since the summer of 2016 following a 3 decade career in the Nuclear Industry

As an Engineer by degree and prior to the Real Estate Industry he first associated with the Knolls Atomic Power Lab (KAPL) an organization dedicated to supporting the United States Nuclear Navy including the DOE’s (KAPL) Radioactive Materials Lab evaluating highly hazardous materials.  In 2000 Harry moved to Wilmington to work for GE Nuclear Manufacturing where he served in various roles including the Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Manufacturing and finally before retiring he was one of the International Project Directors responsible for in Reactor Vessel upgrades due to his experience in managing both domestic as well as international Nuclear and Safety Regulations.  This experience provides a broad understanding and experience dealing with governmental regulators and regulations

In addition to his current Real Estate Career he supports the citizens of New Hanover County and the State of North Carolina by serving on several appointed boards.  He is currently a member of

Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Commission – Member and Former Chairman
New Hanover County Port, Beach and Waterway Authority where he oversees the status and planning of the beach renourishment programs
NC State Board for Licensing of Soil Scientists where oversees the rules and regulations associated with being a licensed soil scientists as well as approves new soil scientists

Harry brings decades of practical experience managing people, processes and navigating through complex governmental rules and regulations to the experience base on the RCASENC Board
