Lannin Braddock is the COO and co-founder of The Braddock Group, where she oversees all operations and processes within the organization. With 18 years of commercial real estate experience, she specializes in new development, sales, leasing, and project management. She has also served as the property manager for more than 1 million square feet of retail, medical, office, and industrial properties.
Lannin was recognized as a Connector in the Greater Wilmington Business Journal’s 2022 WilmingtonBiz 100. In 2024, she joined the Board of Directors for both the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (RCASENC) and Wilmington Downtown, Inc. (WDI). Additionally, The Braddock Group was honored with the Business Excellence Award for Women-Owned Business during the Cape Fear Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week.
A dedicated leader in the industry, Lannin is a Past President and Board Member of Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), the region’s leading organization for commercial real estate professionals. She has also served three terms as Co-Chair of the Cape Fear CREW Awards of Excellence, which recognizes outstanding achievements in commercial real estate across the Cape Fear region.
From 2021 to 2023, Lannin was honored to serve as Chair of the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center Foundation. She is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a prestigious certification awarded to commercial real estate leaders who demonstrate expertise, ethical responsibility, and a commitment to high-quality service.
In her spare time, Lannin enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and exploring all that coastal North Carolina has to offer.
