Deb has been actively involved as a Commercial REALTOR throughout NC and Corporate Director of Real Estate for a regional QSR since 1986. She has worked throughout NC, SC, VA, and TN in site selection and land assemblage for general merchandise retail developers, franchised retailers and automotive, QSR’s/dine-in restaurants, market rate multi-family and LIHTC developers, shopping centers, leasing/management of 1500+ government facilities, office, and investment sales.
She currently serves on the following RCASENC committees: Brand Development, Networking & Sponsorship, Professional Development, and Property Information.
