David Branton joined Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate in June 2016 as a Broker. He moved to Wilmington in 2009 to complete his Bachelor’s in History requirements at UNCW. Upon moving to Wilmington David joined commercial real estate development firm Zimmer Development Company until he made the move to ECCRE. During this time, he learned the intricacies of commercial development, property management and landlord representation with a focus in retail properties. As a broker now, David uses this knowledge to accurately represent the needs and wants of both landlords and tenants.
David is very active in local government as a county Precinct Chairman and Chief Judge for the Board of Elections.
