As a member-driven organization, RCASENC relies on volunteer leadership for its various committees. These groups help determine MLS rules, education opportunities, public programs, legislative positions, award criteria, discounted services, etc. Find out more about all the committees that RCASENC has established. Property Information  

Chair: David Branton 

The Property Information Committee endeavors to provide the most timely and accurate information on all available properties and all closed transactions, whether member facilitated or not. As our service area grows so too does our commitment to interface usability and data integrity. 

Brand Development and Communication  

Chair: Oliver Evans 

The Brand Development Committee (BDC) is a strategic team focused on shaping and enhancing our brand identity. It oversees brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, and communication efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Its key objectives are to strengthen brand recognition, drive engagement, and support member growth. 

Professional Development  

Chair: Troy Demers 

The Professional Development Committee (PDC) is committed to delivering top-tier professional development opportunities that are both comprehensive and impactful. We design and implement a diverse range of high-quality programs, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions, tailored to meet the evolving needs of our members. Our offerings focus on enhancing skills, expanding knowledge, and staying ahead of industry trends. By fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, we promote superior professional conduct and equip our members with the tools and insights necessary for career advancement and leadership. 

Networking/Sponsorship Committee  

Chair: Lannin Braddock 

The networking committee aims to foster connections and build relationships among its members.  Its primary purpose is to organize events and activities that facilitate networking opportunities, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage collaboration.  This committee helps members expand their professional networks and enhance their commercial real estate careers. 

The sponsorship committee is responsible for securing financial and in-kind support from businesses and other entities in the commercial real estate industry and related fields. The committee aims to identify potential sponsors, develop sponsorship packages, and build mutually beneficial relationships supporting the organization’s events, programs, and initiatives. By obtaining these sponsorships, the committee helps provide resources and funding that enhance the organization’s offerings and benefits for its members. 

Economic Development and Government Assistance  

Chair: John Gavin 

Our mission is to connect and integrate the needs of local, state, and regional Economic Development and Government Agencies with our membership. Through strategic collaboration and resource alignment, we aim to enhance our members’ access to valuable opportunities, foster meaningful interactions, and facilitate learning and potential transactions that contribute to the growth and success of our community.
