The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (RCASENC) joined the Cape Fear CREW 7th Annual Awards of Excellence ceremony to recognize their annual award winners. RCASENC Annual Awards occurred on March 13, 2025, at Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center. The presentation recognized three award categories whose award recipients showcased excellence and leadership in commercial real estate. The three categories included the 2024 Commercial Real Estate Rockstar Award, the 2024 Commercial Member of the Year Award, and the 2024 Commercial Lifetime Achievement Award.

The 2024 Commercial Real Estate Rockstar Award is a recognition given to someone who has significantly contributed to our association and the real estate profession and demonstrates the potential for continued leadership and service to our industry. The recipient we are celebrating has embodied all these qualities in the most inspiring way. This award goes to someone whose passion for commercial real estate, leadership, and community service has left a lasting mark. She’s been a dynamic force in the industry, and her journey thus far is nothing short of remarkable. As COO, she has been instrumental in overseeing the operations and processes within her organization, applying her vast expertise in everything from new development to sales, leasing, and project management. The 2024 Real Estate Rockstar Award to Lannin Braddock—someone whose hard work, vision, and leadership truly deserves to be recognized.

Every year, RCASENC likes to recognize a member who has consistently gone above and beyond in their leadership and service to the organization. The recipient of the 2024 Commercial Member of the Year Award is going to someone who has exemplified professionalism, commitment, and a deep passion for both our industry and our community. A graduate of UNCW, this year’s recipient joined Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate in 2016 as a Broker. Beyond his professional success, the recipient is a dedicated public servant and community leader. Last year, he selflessly answered the call to serve in multiple capacities within the RCASENC Board, demonstrating expertise and an unwavering commitment to our association. While he works diligently to deliver results to his clients, the results he delivers to the association are unprecedented. The 2024 Member of the Year recognition goes to David Branton!

The Commercial Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates a member who has demonstrated first-class service, leadership, and professionalism. The 2024 recipient has been associated with RCASENC for more than a decade. During this time, he has been a strong advocate for the association and a driving force in helping to shape RCASENC into the successful organization it is today. His service includes a term as President as well as several terms as a director. The

recipient holds the CCIM designation and has represented RCASENC at CCIM meetings at both the State and National level. As a licensed Commercial Continuing Education instructor, he has also been instrumental in bringing CCIM courses and instructors to our area for the benefit of our members. This recipient is a part of the fabric of our local community and is well respected within our industry. The 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient is Patrick “PJ” Doherty with Carolina Commercial Investment Properties.

RCASENC was established in 1975 as a Commercial Council within the Cape Fear REALTORS® (CFR) to meet the needs of Commercial Practitioners. REALTORS®, Community Leaders and Professional Services Providers to the Commercial Real Estate industry, join RCASENC for many reasons, including community involvement, personal development, and professional networking.
