Bradley Blake

2024 Director Candidate

Brad was born and raised in North Dakota, where he graduated High School and also became an Eagle Scout. He then attended Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, where he earned degrees in Finance and Economics.

After college, Brad embarked upon a career in Broadcasting, where he became Vice President/General Manager of radio groups in Myrtle Beach, SC, and then the Greenville/New Bern/Jacksonville market in North Carolina.

Following his radio career, Brad went into business for himself when he purchased his first Oreck Vacuum store in Wilmington, NC. He expanded that business into a total of six stores in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. While in the Oreck business, Brad served as a regional representative of franchise owners with the Oreck Corporation.

Coinciding with the sale of his stores, Brad received his Real Estate license and has been an active Broker ever since. In 2022, the team he headlined with his then-business partner was the #3 team by volume with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

Brad has always believed that stellar Customer Service is the best and proper way to conduct business, and he strives to provide this with every client.

Gerardo Andrade

I describe myself as a God-fearing, family-oriented man who is fascinated with all things real estate. I am a first-generation immigrant from Venezuela who has been calling Wilmington home for the last 21+ years.

Upon my arrival to the US, I attended and completed the ESL (English as a Second Language) program at UNCW; I later attended and graduated from CFCC with an Associate degree in Arts. This led me to attend and graduate from ECU with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

I have been a member of CFR since the spring of 2017 and became a member of RCASENC in 2022; I am currently an active member of the RCASENC Professional Development Committee.

Most of my clients are international and/or of foreign background; therefore, I have obtained the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation in order to serve them better and to further my career as an international RE broker.

Glenn Imboden

2024 Director Candidate

Glenn joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners (CBCSCP) in 2015 when the company merged with Harley & Associates, where he worked with longtime associate, Don Harley, since November 2012. Glenn’s technical background and analytical skills to date have proven to be an excellent match with the commercial real estate industry. Since joining CBCSCP, he has successfully closed some of the largest land acquisitions in the company’s history. His specialties also include retail and office, with expertise in both leasing and sales. He was elevated to Vice President in 2023 and was awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Bronze Level for 2021 and 2022 and the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winner for Q1 2023.

Glenn attended NC State, and upon graduation, he spent the next 20 years in the ladies’ hosiery industry, initially in the research and development field, where he served as the director of R&D for multiple companies, and later transitioned into a sales executive calling on national accounts. In 2005, he founded his own sales and management consulting firm, and for the next seven years, he was contracted exclusively to manage and direct a regional facilities maintenance company based in Hickory, NC.

Glenn is originally from Burlington, NC, and now resides in Surf City, NC, with his wife.

John Gavin

John Gavin joined the Brokerage and Development team at Cameron Management in January 2021, where he started his career in commercial real estate. John is a dedicated team member, always giving his best effort to help the clients and customers of Cameron Management meet their goals and objectives. John’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and personal relationships has earned him a stellar reputation among both colleagues, customers, and clients.

A native of Charlotte, John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business, with a degree in Business Administration, and a concentration in Business Development and Entrepreneurship. Lannin Braddock

Lannin Braddock is the COO and co-founder of The Braddock Group. Lannin is responsible for all operations and processes within the organization. She brings more than 16 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, including new development, sales, leasing, and project management. During her career, she has been involved in over 1.5 million square feet of retail, medical, office, and industrial commercial real estate. Lannin was named a Connector for Greater Wilmington Business Journal’s Biz100 list in 2022, shining a light on her incredible ability to bring together people and resources to get things done.

She is a Past President, Board Member, and committee leader of Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), the leading organization for professionals within the Cape Fear region. She served for 3 years as Co-Chair for the Cape Fear CREW Awards of Excellence event, which recognizes excellence and leadership in commercial real estate throughout the Cape Fear region.

Troy Demers

2024 Director Candidate

Troy was born and raised in Concord, New Hampshire, where, at an early age, he grew an interest in real estate. He moved to Greenville, NC, to attend East Carolina University, where he received a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. That is where his real estate journey began. He received his North Carolina broker’s license during his junior year of college and his CCIM designation shortly after graduation.

In January 2022, The Overton Group took on the exciting challenge of expanding into a new but familiar market by opening a second office in Wilmington, NC. Troy spends his time focused primarily on business development, investment brokerage, and asset management.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time cooking on the grill, golfing, and traveling to see friends.

Will Daube

Will, a Wilmington native, is a Broker specializing in Land Development and Investment Sales, particularly in Multifamily and Boutique Hospitality Assets. His commitment to clients is demonstrated by his vast knowledge, passion, and belief in communication and integrity as the foundation of successful business relationships. He is devoted to the business community and real estate industry.

Before joining Cadence Realty Corp in 2023, Will started his brokerage career in 2019 at The CRESS Group of CBC Sun Coast Partners, developing a diverse background in Multifamily, Investment Real Estate, and Land Development. He serves on the Board of Directors for Wilmington Downtown Incorporated (WDI) and the Citizen Advisory Committee for the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization (WMPO).

Besides his professional pursuits, Will is passionate about surfing, hiking, golfing, music, and photography, activities that help him recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
