Lannin Braddock2026 President-Elect Candidate Lannin Braddock is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in development, sales, leasing, and project management. She has overseen more than 1 million square feet of retail, medical, office, and industrial space and has been involved in over $500 million in development projects across the Wilmington region. In 2019, Lannin co-founded The Braddock Group, helping establish it as a top real estate firm in the Cape Fear region. A Wilmington resident since 2007, she also actively supports several local organizations and nonprofits.

Oliver Evans2026 Treasurer Candidate Oliver Evans specializes in land and investment sales, known for his detail-oriented and proactive approach. Oliver is actively involved with the Realtor Commercial Alliance. He sits on the board of directors and is the chair of the brand committee. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation to further enhance his expertise.Originally from New York City, Oliver began his career in advertising tech before transitioning to real estate. In 2019, Oliver returned to Wilmington, NC, the city of his alma mater, UNCW, to establish permanent roots. He initially started in residential real estate but quickly discovered his passion for working in the commercial brokerage space. Outside of work, Oliver is a proud dad who enjoys sailing, surfing, golfing, and traveling. |

Jess Bolton2026 Director Candidate A native of Gainesville, FL., Jess attended and earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Florida. He moved to Wilmington after college in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the Cape Fear region. Prior to joining Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., he spent 16 years in healthcare sales and executive management servicing the greater Wilmington area, the state of North Carolina and throughout the southeast. Jess specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate. As a broker, Jess builds rapport through transparency and open communication to ensure all his client’s needs are met. His passion in his career has always been to create long lasting business relationships that transcend beyond real estate while ensuring his clients feel heard and supported throughout the process. Jess and his wife Lee Ann met through friends in 2007, married at Wrightsville Beach, NC and have two amazing and very active boys, Fisher and Luca.
