Adam Nicholas is a real estate broker with Keller Williams Commercial Realty. He specializes in property acquisitions, commercial real estate sales, property evaluations, and consulting for both commercial and residential development projects. Adam works closely with Jon Vincent, a local CPA and real estate consultant, to provide a team approach for developers and investors looking for consultation and/or finance options.
