John Gavin is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, specializing in commercial real estate. He joined Cameron Management in January 2021 and is now an integral member of the Brokerage and Development team. In his role, John manages research, listings, projects, marketing, vendor coordination, and client relations. Known for his personable, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach, he has built a reputation as a trusted professional who delivers results.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Originally from Charlotte, he has called Wilmington home since 2012. His deep knowledge of the local market makes him an invaluable asset to clients navigating the Southeastern North Carolina real estate landscape.
Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his fiancée and their two Labradors. He is also excited about his upcoming wedding in April 2025. John stays active in the community as a member of The First Tee of Greater Wilmington’s Young Professionals Board, Cape Fear Realtors, the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina, and Port City Young Professionals.
