Lynn has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 1997 and has served two separate terms as RCASENC President. She earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 1999, and the Certified International Property Specialist designation in 2018. She was a founding member of Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and has served on several Boards and Committees in New Hanover County.
Lynn was awarded the Commercial Member of the Year in 2014 and the Commercial Lifetime Achievement award in 2016. She most recently received NCR’s 2024 Realtor of the Year award. Lynn currently serves as Vice-Chair of the NCR Commercial Committee.
