Lynn graduated from NCSU with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. Prior to entering the real estate industry she worked with various businesses for their programming needs, and handled marketing and training of software systems.
Lynn has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 1997 and was a founding member of Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 1999. She has held many leadership positions with both the Local and State Realtor Associations, has served on several Boards and Committees in New Hanover County and is a Rotarian.
Lynn was awarded the Commercial Member of the Year in 2014 and the Commercial Lifetime Achievement award in 2016. She currently serves and President-Elect of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina.
