| A rare native of Wilmington North Carolina, Brittany has extensive knowledge on the area & over 15 years of real estate experience.
Holding a Broker In Charge real estate license she is also a certified Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR designation), a Notary Public, & a certified stager. With years of experience helping clients to buy, sell, & invest in real estate in our area she has experienced many changes with the local market. She understands the challenges that can arise in both selling & leasing transactions. She personally invests in our community with her own rental properties & does property management for several investor clients. A community advocate, she is consistently involved & shows up when there is a need. A member of the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams (comprised of the top agents at KW) for 4 years she organizes frequent give back & fundraising projects to make positive impacts on the community. She was awarded a lifetime appointment as a Cultural Ambassador for Keller Williams International in 2018 as a result of the differences she’s helped to make. In 2022 she joined the Wilmington REALTORS® Foundation & has since become the fundraising/marketing chair for the committee. She is helping on a 2 million dollar capital campaign to make into a reality an affordable housing neighborhood called Pierson Pointe in Wilmington NC. With an affinity for learning, she graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a 4 year degree in 3 years while working full time. She continues to take numerous business classes every year to stay aware of current industry challenges & to provide the best level of educated service to her clients as possible. Married to Marine veteran Tim since 2005, they have 2 children, Delilah & Finn, along with 3 pups Merida, Bacca, & Dug. |
