RCASENC welcomes Crystal Morphis, Founder of CreativeEDC, a North Carolina based Economic Development Consulting Firm, as a continuation and expansion of a 2021 presentation on ‘Working with Economic Development Practitioners’. As an Economic Development practitioner and consultant specializing in strategic planning, product development, economic impact studies, existing business retention and expansion programs and site selection, Crystal shares unique insight into the roles of Realtors and Economic Developers and how to get to know your local office, developers and programs.
Crystal guided the 2022 RCASENC Board of Directors through a strategic planning retreat early last year and will share some of the highlights and goals from that exercise. We look forward to an information-packed meeting on the 12th! This is free to members of RCASENC and is open to registered members of CFR for a fee.
