RCA welcomes you to join us for a tour of the new city-owned Skyline Center! The tour will be guided by city officials along with Cape Fear Commercial, who represents the For Lease listing of ~120,000SF of office and retail space throughout the property.
This is a unique opportunity to put your eyes on one of downtown Wilmington’s most iconic properties, while checking out the City’s offices on the top floors and all vacancies ready to be leased.
This tour and presentation should last about an hour, from 3pm to 4pm. There will be an after-tour reception held at Tequila’s Waterfront from 4pm – 5pm with light appetizers provided and a cash bar available! Tequila’s Waterfront is the newest addition to the Riverfront Marina, nestled beside Marina Grill and the Atlantic Houseboats. We hope you can make it!
