Join Cape Fear CREW members for a tour of the former Coca Cola Bottling facility. The redevelopment of this building is being completed in phases. The Soda Pop District consists of more than three blocks of transformed urban flex, office, retail and warehouse space. The tour will be led by GC Monteith Construction and developer Parastream, and will be followed by a happy hour at Hi-Wire Brewing, the first project in the Soda Pop District to be completed by Parastream.
This is a free tour for Cape Fear CREW members only. Members are responsible for their food and drink expenses at happy hour.
