Join us via ZOOM for the 4 credit hour course: “19 Mistakes Commercial Brokers Make” with instructor Cindy Chandler.
Everyone wants to do the right thing right! This course uses real-life, humorous case studies to illustrate common mistakes made when brokering commercial real estate. Some deal with the law, some deal with the Realtor Code of Ethics, and some deal with just good ol’ business sense. In a fun, highly participative class, the attendee will have a much better feel for the license law and rules as well as how to properly handle things without killing the deal.
19 Mistakes Commercial Brokers make also counts for Realtor Code of Ethics credit.
