Hank is a licensed real estate broker with extensive executive management experience throughout North America. He has over 30 years sales and marketing experience in logistics, warehousing and transportation. He has extensive knowledge of various markets and industries due to numerous job assignments throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Previous responsibilities required his direct involvement with contract negotiations with large corporations including General Motors, Wal-Mart, General Electric, and Home Depot. Hank is a native of North Carolina securing a BA in Business Administration from Catawba College. To better understand client needs, changing markets and industry expectations, Hank has continued to grow through additional executive education in finance and accounting at Wharton University of Pennsylvania; Sales and Marketing strategies, University of Virginia; Changing Markets, University of Michigan; Leadership and Project Management, Case Western Reserve University. Hank is a CCIM candidate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves, or has served, on various local boards: UBS Financial Services, Customer Advisory Board; UNCW – Board of Visitors (Past); New Hanover County Citizens Advisory Board; WAVE Transit – Cape Fear Public Transportation Authority – Vice-Chairman – Planning Committee (Past); President- 2016 -RCASENC -Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS; Porters Neck Country Club – Board of Trustees (Past); and New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustments. Hank joined the firm in 2004 and was named Agent of the Year in 2007 and Vice President in 2012. He was also named the 2015 Commercial Member of the Year for the Commercial Alliance of Southeast North Carolina.
